Component design

From concept to reversed engineering design.
We offer a variety of 3D CAD design services, ranging from conceptual 3D modelling through to engineering design, where deliverables can be 2D or 3D engineering drawings, 3D CAD files for CAD/CAM machining, or even files for 3D printing and rapid prototyping, depending on project requirements.
We offer a full service of CAD concept to full documentation using the latest computer aided design system models can be accepted in any format for conversion. We work closely with our customers to ensure that we have the best design solution before manufacturing commences. All designs are based upon full customer liaison from on or off-site meeting to ensure that all aspects of the resultant application have been considered and incorporated.
Jigs and fixtures

Whatever your needs we can design the solution, which is right for you, whether it be machining, bonding, Inspection, welding, checking or any other type of fixture required. Using the latest hand clamping, vacuum holding methods on the market, tooling can be created to make assemblies human proof incorperating "poke & yoke" techniques.
Tooling design

Taking into consideration the latest materials on the market, we aim to provide the optimum solution for tool design allowing for high or low temperature curing materials.
Various tooling options are available such as metal, carbon, epoxy block, washout mandrel (3D print) or LMPA (low melting point alloy).
Whether it be a quick turnaround tooling block mould to a full carbon mould with intricate loose tools and caul plating, we cater for all solutions.

Full project management can be carried out from product design to sourcing tooling, manpower and materials to complete a given project.
